Items included:

• New 1200 Amp, 600V electrical distribution
• Tenant space transformers, splitters and main load centers to accommodate loads
• New monitored fire alarm system
• Dock levelers in each tenant space
• Electrical requirements for all mechanical loads, including fire pump, jocky pump and lift station
• LED high bay lighting throughout
• LED wall packs for the entire surrounding of the building
