At the time of construction, this marked the largest project on record for Camco Electric.

This project was awarded to Camco Electric as a design build project. 

The team submitted a full design, which included the distribution, lighting, power requirements, networking and fire alarm for the building.
This beautiful 100 unit building includes:

• 1200 amp, 600V service
• New fire alarm system, equipped with booster panels and full system monitoring
• LED lighting package installed throughout 
• Parkade lighting and heating package
• Emergency lighting package
• Multiple vehicle charging stations
• Exterior IPLC smart receptacles
• Full CCTV and door security system
